Against the backdrop of Carnegie Hall, the restaurant offers dishes such as Maple-Brined Mangalitsa Pork with gingered summer fruits and chickpea pancake, and Petite Maine Lobster Pot Pie with buttered brioche toast crust and harvest salad.
