The Sanctuary Hotel’s Tender restaurant is featuring a banana split of epic proportions.
Priced at $38, it is served in an enormous martini glass, filled with strawberry, banana chocolate chip, and dark chocolate gelatos from il laboratorio del gelato, candied walnuts, caramelized bananas, a red velvet cupcake, housemade strawberry and chocolate sauce, a chocolate brownie, and vanilla whipped cream.
It’s finally topped with rainbow sprinkles, 24-karat gold leaf, and a sparkler.
It’s not all ice cream and gold and sparkles, though. A 187 ml bottle of Voga Prosecco accompanies the dessert.
