These parfaits are light and delicately sweet. They come together in an instant and are perfect for small children who want to help in the kitchen.

Serves 6
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.

Assemble the parfaits in six medium glasses: Spoon a few tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into each glass, then sprinkle a layer of granola, drop in a few spoonfuls of strawberries, and top with more yogurt. Continue layering in each glass, finishing with a layer of yogurt. Top with a few additional strawberries for garnish.

Serve immediately, or cover tightly with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for up to 4 hours.
