- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup of puree pumpkin

- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- 1/2 inch cut ginger root
- 1/2 banana

- 2 apples
- 3 carrots
- 1 piece peeled, and grated turmeric
- 3 bananas
Method:
First juice two apples, and three medium sized carrots. Then add in one piece of peeled, and grated fresh turmeric. Next, add in three frozen bananas. Blend, until thick and garnish with fresh turmeric powder on top.
3. Kale and Cranberry Smoothie
Give your body a boost with this kale, and cranberry smoothie this holiday season.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 bowl torn kale
- 1 cup cranberries
- 2 dates
Method:
Start by mixing coconut water, coconut cream, and kale. Add in a cup of cranberries, and two dates to sweeten. Finish with half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
