Cosme, a restaurant from world-renowned Chef Enrique Olvera, opens on Oct. 28 in the Flatiron District.
Olvera uses local and seasonal ingredients to create a menu focused on Mexican flavors and traditions. Mexican specialties such as heirloom corn and dried chilies will be imported.
