At Williamsburg’s Billet & Bellows, owner Kristina Kozak has concocted a cocktail menu consisting of classics and signature drinks with a metalwork theme.
Kozak, an artist and welder, has added many pieces to the neighborhood, including a forged fence on the corner of Bedford and N. 4th Street.
On her cocktail menu, you'll find the Tongue and Groove with organic lemon vodka and lavender petals, The Crucible with Bombay Sapphire gin, raspberry purée, lemon, and egg white, and The Journeyman Black Walnut Manhattan with brandied cherried (recipe below).

1.5 ounces Michter’s US 1* straight rye
.5 ounce Carpano Antica or Punt E Mes vermouth
.5 ounce Nocino
Dash of bitters
Housemade brandied cherries
