Cilantro and mint add a deeply refreshing note to this honey-sweetened limeade. They also give the drink a vivid green color and a beautifully clean and bright flavor. Be sure to drink the limeade within a day, or the color will fade to a muddy olive green.

Serves about 6
  • 3/4 cup lime juice (from about 6 limes)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup chopped fresh mint
Combine the lime juice, water, honey, cilantro, and mint in a blender. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve.

Serve over ice. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 day.
