Frenchmen Andy Rodrigues and Guillaume Blanchard met in college when they were 18. After opening a location of By Suzette in Trégueux, Brittany, they’ve now opened one in Tribeca. Their crepes, made from organic and gluten-free buckwheat flour come in savory, as in “La Classique” (ham and cheese, $6); “La Galette de la Mer” (smoked salmon, crème fraîche, and egg, $7); and sweet, as in “La Beurre Sucre” (butter, sugar, $3) or “L’Amande” (chocolate and almonds, $4).
