After a month of renovation work, David Burke at Bloomingdale’s reopened with a new decor and an updated menu.
Also known as “Burke in the Box,” the eatery features a take-out layout as well as spacious dining.
Executive chef Jose Max Lavariega’s creations include: Tuna Niçoise, Lobster Wedge Salad, Roasted Mushroom Pizza, Roasted Duck Breast, BBQ Miso Salmon, and a Kitchen Sink Sundae. Signature dishes including The Juicy Burker and the Cheesecake Lollipop Tree are still on the menu.
