NEW YORK—At the entry of LDV Hospitality’s new American Cut in Tribeca, a corridor of 3,000 bottles of red wine stored in custom glass cases welcomes guests. Art deco design elements and exposed brick and wooden beams are juxtaposed. 

Partner and executive chef Marc Forgione oversees the menu, with signature dishes at the American steakhouse including Chili Lobster, Tomahawk Ribeye Chop, Surf & Turf, Seafood Tasting, Brass Knuckle Potatoes. Cocktails include Plank Smoked Old Fashion, Green Dream, Barolo Barrel “Negroni,”and Garden Daiquiri.
