As a 77-year-old, Type 1 diabetic female who had COVID-19 in November 2020, I resent being pushed into a vaccine that I do not need. I have the antibodies ... and since they are my own, I feel, as many in the medical profession feel, that they are stronger and better than a vaccine from a bottle.

But Biden and the politicians in Illinois are making life more difficult for people like me by their mandates. When do we count? They never even mention us. I am one of six in my family who had COVID and now have natural antibodies. Assuredly there are millions of other Americans like us. We are not spreading the virus ... so quit making us sound like we don’t care about our fellow men and women.

Thank you,

Marie Demas
