TAOYUAN, Taiwan—“It was a breathtaking spectacle, and it was so touching,” attorney-at-law Jiang Jen said at intermission while attending the Shen Yun Performing Arts International Company’s fourth show at the Taoyuan County Performing Center on March 14.
He said, “From the very first to the last, every program was arranged and presented so wonderfully that it changed the audience’s feelings along with the programs. It made the audience feel excited from the bottom of their hearts. It was indeed very touching.”
“I liked all of them.“ he said about the programs. ”I really enjoyed each and every one of them,” he added.
Fascinated by what he was seeing, Mr. Jiang continued, “The overall artistic conception presented in the show is superb. Regardless of the dances, the live music or the connotations, all the messages the show intended to convey to the audience were great. I felt that the show was not merely an artistic performance, but it was something that transcends the realm of art.”
Additionally, Mr. Jiang said, “After watching the program today, besides being touched, I have a kind of unknown yearning.” When asked what that yearning was, he replied, “I am yearning for the boundless seas and skies in other dimensions, where we could wander about.”
He also explained that the Chinese cultural characteristics displayed by Shen Yun were very impressive. He said that he would recommend Shen Yun to his relatives and friends, and tell them, “Come to appreciate the show so as to broaden your horizons.”
