The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge — the national phenomenon raising awareness for Lou Gehrig’s disease, continues to trend strongly.
Many big names grace the list of past challengers, including Mark Zuckerberg, Conan O'Brien, and Bill Gates, and now participants have reached the sports world.
Earlier today, the king of basketball Lebron ‘King James’ took the challenge after being nominated by among others, Oklahoma City Thunder Star Kevin Durant, who was in turn nominated by NBA ballers’ Steve Nash and J.R. Smith.
Lebron then took to nominating three people: Lebron Jr., Bryce Maximus, and Barack Obama.
Now the last name needs no explanation.
But for those who don’t know, the first two names are Lebron James’ 9 and 7 year old sons, who by the way received some attention last month for balling like daddy.
So what do you say: is the president gonna chicken out? Or will he take one for the team and Lou Gehrig?
