Only days after an unsettling encounter with a disgruntled DoorDash driver, Lacey Purciful experienced a heartwarming turn of events. This time, a different driver showed exceptional service that was all captured on the same home surveillance camera.

This delivery driver, who also works for DoorDash, not only delivered her order promptly but did so with the kind of friendly customer service that went beyond Ms. Purciful’s expectations. He greeted her warmly, thanked her for her order, and, upon receiving the same $5 tip the previous driver received, he expressed his genuine thanks.
