A homeowner in Atlanta, Georgia, was fed up with delivery drivers tossing his packages on his doorstep, so he used kindness to remedy the situation.
The homeowner is a videographer who goes by @orangeking26 on Instagram, and he revealed a few clips of delivery drivers carelessly tossing packages toward his front door.
“Pretty much FedEx has been throwing my packages when they deliver them and seeming very frustrated at delivering my packages,” he said. “So instead of fighting fire with fire I decided to do something nice for them and be more understanding of the situation at hand—and it worked.”
He placed a box of supplies containing bottled water and snacks with a note on his porch, so the drivers were able to restock and refresh while on the go during hot weather.
A series of clips that he captured shows the drivers accepting the thoughtful gift, and taking more care when delivering packages. Some even said “thank you” in front of the camera.
