Tzatziki
Serves 4 to 6 as a starter- 1 cucumber, halved lengthwise and seeded
- 2 to 3 sprigs fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 to 3 sprigs fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Taste for seasoning, and add more salt if needed. Refrigerate until you are ready to set the table.
