Small-batch roaster Toby’s Estate Coffee is opening a third location in the West Village, scheduled for Nov. 22.

The new location, housed in a 1920s artist studio, will feature Toby’s Brew School. The school, known as The Brew Parlor will offer public classes at all levels about brewing techniques, along with one-on-one espresso and latte art classes.
