Reservations are now open for Tavern on the Green, which has been closed since New Year’s Eve 2009. A preview dinner menu begins on April 24, and brunch service starts on Mother’s Day weekend, May 10–11. The full grand opening, with outdoor seating (weather permitting), will be on May 13.
Chef Katy Sparks, who was brought up on a small Vermont farm, is focused on local, artisan foods and seasonal ingredients.
