Asia comes to Times Square on June 25 and 26, when top chefs from various Asian countries will gather at NTD’s kitchen stadium to showcase the ultimate in Asian cooking. Cultural performances will also take place on center stage.
On June 26, the 6th International Chinese Culinary Competition will also bring together traditional Chinese chefs from around the world to compete in five cuisine categories: Cantonese, Huaiyang, Northeastern, Sichuan, and Shandong. The competition’s mission is to revive traditional Chinese culinary techniques.
