Serves 4
4 medium sized sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tap cumin
2 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Cook sweet potatoes until tender.
2. Whip potatoes with an electric mixer with whisk attachment. Add in all ingredients.
1 tablespoon corn flakes
1 tablespoon pecans
1 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
2 teaspoon melted butter
1. Add all ingredients except butter into a food processor until finely ground.
2. Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
3. Spread on top.
