STATE Grill and Bar Now Serving Lunch

STATE Grill and Bar, which opened on the street level of the Empire State Building on Oct. 8, is now serving lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Executive chef Octavio Becerra will be changing the menus regularly to reflect offerings from local farmers, winemakers, and purveyors.

The lunch menu currently includes starters such as Seafood Chowder with bacon, jalapeño-corn madeleine, and Crispy Crab Cake with shaved autumn slaw and grain mustard sauce; and entrées such as LBLT Lobster with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and chive mayo, and Prime Hanger Steak with Stilton cheese, upland cress, pickled shallots, and french fries.

STATE Grill and Bar is the latest restaurant from the Patina Group.
