NEW YORK —Skin care guru and owner of anti-age SkinScience line, Dr. Adrienne Denese was overwhelmed with the beauty she experienced during Shen Yun’s Friday evening performance at the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center.

“It was one of the most beautiful things I’ve seen in my life... It was just beyond all expectations,” Dr. Denese said.

The author of Dr. Denese’s Secrets for Ageless Skin: Younger Skin in 8 Weeks, who has shared her secrets with celebrities like Yoko Ono and Donatella Versace, wished to share the feeling she experienced after watching Shen Yun.

“I think this show should be on public television because more people should see it in America,” she said. Dr. Denese said that the millions of people in America should be able to watch the show.

Speaking of the overall skill and quality of the performance, Dr. Denese said, “It was just truly pushing the limits of what human beings can do.”

Originally from Hungary, she sympathized with the struggle the mainland Chinese people face trying to revive their traditional culture. “It is truly a tragic situation,” she said. Shen Yun Performing Arts is based in America. The company intends to spark a renaissance of Chinese heritage.

Convinced that the future holds good promises, Dr. Denese advised that the Chinese people ‘be patient... you will get your culture back.

“I cannot thank you (Shen Yun) enough for this,” said Dr. Denese.

Shen Yun Performing Arts New York Company will perform at Lincoln Center’s David H. Koch Theater in New York City, June 23-26. For more information, visit
