Salmon and Asparagus With Lemon-Garlic Butter Sauce

Serves 4
  • 1 pound center-cut salmon fillet, preferably wild, cut into 4 portions
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a large, rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
