TAOYUAN, Taiwan—Elegantly dressed Ms. Tu Yulan, president of Yangde Rotary Club in Taoyuan, attended the fourth performance of Shen Yun Performing Arts International Company in Taoyuan on March 14. “It’s really magnificent. Whether the colors of the costumes, or the dances, it’s just as beautiful as gods descending from the heaven to the human world,” Ms. Tu said.
Ms. Tu, who was seeing Shen Yun for the first time, said, “The scene on the stage is also very beautiful. The colors match very well. We can seldom watch so pleasing a show.”
Ms. Tu enjoyed the dynamic backdrop that interacted with the performers on the stage. “While I was intently watching the performance of the actors on the stage, at that moment they were going up to the heavens [on the backdrop]. It was a fantastic scene. How can they do this? It’s really fascinating!” Ms. Tu said.
She very much admired the performance of the vocalists. She said that she has attended operas in Vienna, but when she heard the songs performed by Shen Yun’s vocalists, she found them to be extraordinary. “It’s really not easy to sing so well,” she said.
Ms. Tu appreciated the Shen Yun International Company Orchestra, saying the music and the dance matched perfectly. “The orchestra was so naturally integrated into the performance of the dance actors,” praised Ms. Tu.
Ms. Tu commended Shen Yun for working so diligently to produce such a fabulous show. She said she will definitely introduce such a top performance to more friends.
