Virgin mogul Richard Branson made a trip to Australia recently to see how his Virgin members in the Southern hemisphere were doing.

Branson posted an account of events on his blog titled “An Australian adventure,” and seemed to enjoy his time at Virgin’s Australia branch, taking a lot of photos with employees.

One such photo was with a employee who did not have a chance to give consent to have his photo taken.

Branson snapped the above photo with an employee, who happened to be asleep on the day the company VIP visited the office.

What did Branson think about the guy’s work habits?

“I popped into the office and the airport to say hello and check in to see what the team are up to. This guy wasn’t up to much at all—I caught him sleeping on the job!” Branson wrote on his blog.

How did the man react after waking up and seeing the face of the company looking at him?

“Wow, did he get a shock when I woke him up. He must have thought he was dreaming because he went straight back to sleep,” Branson said.

Luckily, it appears Branson is giving the guy a pass this time.

“To be fair, he was on standby, getting some much needed rest,” said Branson.

While in Sydney, Branson took some time to make a surprise giveaway on top of the Sydney tower, go on a bike ride around Centennial Park, and sail around Sydney Harbor.

Branson, 65, is ranked #286 on the latest Forbes rankings with a net worth of $5.3 billion.
