I’m going to let you into a little secret. There is no more effective communication tool than a humorous story. As Alan Klein, humor consultant, would say, you can give Aha’s with Ha ha’s and maybe there’s a reason that happens because humor unlocks receptivity on the part of the person.

Yes, that’s a humorous story with a point. You may think you are right but the way in which you treat people can get your bags sent to Japan. I’ve told that story in presentations numerous times.
