Smoothies are a great way to get in lots of healthy ingredients, plus they taste great too! Sometimes you don’t want to make a huge batch. So here is a trick for making the perfect single-size smoothie that doesn’t require any new kitchen gadget and that will save you time on cleanup too! All you need is a blender and a mason jar. This is one of Howdini’s favorite recipe:

Ingredients: 

1. A bowl of peaches

2. A bowl of mangoes

3. Ginger

4. Lime Juice

5. Mint

6. Cracked Ice

Method:

1. Start by filling your mason jar with a bowl of peaches and mangoes.

2. Then, add some ginger, lime juice, mint, and cracked ice. 

2. Next, remove the blade from your blender’s screw cap.

3. Take the blade and twist it to your mason jar. Now, turn the mason jar upside down and place it to your blender. 

4. Make sure you blend it on high speed, then flip it and remove the blade from the mason jar.

Smoothies are the best breakfast on the go and the perfect afternoon snack. They are an efficient and a delicious way to package fruits and vegetables too.
