These Nutella fudge pops are creamy and delectable, and can be made in only minutes (except for the freezing, of course). Nutella is a chocolate and hazelnut spread that is used in many desserts or simply as a spread for bread and crackers. It’s thickness lends for the creaminess of our pops.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • 2 TBS dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Nutella

 Method:

1. Add one cup of whole milk, and half a cup of whipping cream to a pan and place it on low heat.

2. Next, add two tbs of dark cocoa powder to the pan.

3. Then add one tsp of vanilla extract, and one cup of Nutella. Cook all of these ingredients over a low heat till the Nutella melts, and the chocolate incorporates itself without having any lumps. Make sure you don’t boil it.

4. Cool down the milk,  and fill your moulds. If you are using cups you can freeze it for about an hour and then  place sticks in the middle.

5. Once the pop is frozen, which will take at-least five hours, place the mould under running water to remove them. Remember to not wet the ice cream when doing so.

Serve and enjoy!
