Ingredients
2 cups good apple cider
6 1-inch cinnamon sticks
1/4 tsp coriander
3 cloves
2 cardamom pods
1/4 star anise
1. Toast all the spices until fragrant.
2. Put the apple cider and toasted spices in a pot. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Strain and enjoy!
