‘Twisters’

Kate Cooper (Daisy Edgar-Jones) leaves New York for the tornado-prone plains of Oklahoma to test a new storm tracking system. There, she meets Tyler Owens (Glen Powell), a social media star famous for his risky storm-chasing videos. Together, they must use all their expertise to survive an approaching superstorm.

As a sequel to the cult classic 1996 film “Twister,” this film has a lot to live up to. Fortunately, it’s an entertaining thrill ride from beginning to end with eye-popping visual effects and pulse-pounding suspense.

This quirky romantic comedy follows Scott Pilgrim (Michael Cera), a young guitarist in a garage band, who must defeat seven dastardly ex-boyfriends to win the heart of the mysterious Ramona Flowers (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), all while facing his own insecurities.

This film offers a refreshing take on the standard romcom formula, filled with humor, unique characters, and amazing visuals. Directed with passion by Edgar Wright, it features an outstanding soundtrack and a witty script, making it a fun watch for teens and young adults.

This classic film is replete with lots of comedy and stellar performances, ultimately portraying the victory of morality over corruption.
