‘Land of Bad’
A clandestine U.S. Army Delta Force operation being conducted in the Southern Philippines is assisted by drone operator Reaper (Russell Crowe). When the mission is suddenly compromised, Kinny (Liam Hemsworth), a young Joint Terminal Attack Controller is sent into hostile territory to try to rescue the stranded men.This is an interesting ripple on the tried-and-true buddy-war formula. Its brisk pace holds the attention and the many spectacular action sequences should please fans of the genre.

Based on Dick King-Smith’s children’s book “The Sheep-Pig,” this film follows the life of Babe (voiced by Christine Cavanaugh), a piglet that a kind-hearted man named Farmer Hoggett (James Cromwell) wins at a fair. Babe becomes skilled in herding sheep but faces some hurdles interacting with other farm animals.This charming fable features a plethora of cute talking animals and uses a unique combination of animatronic animals and real ones. It’s good, wholesome entertainment (with some light peril) for the entire family.

One day, Navin strikes off on his own to St. Louis—but soon discovers that big city life is much more challenging than he imagined.This entertaining 1970s comedy features a fast-paced series of Steve Martin-powered sight gags and wry innuendos that seem to get more over-the-top as his character bumbles from one bizarre misadventure to the next. It’s funny, yet crude in places.
