This recipe is for those of you who are pressed for time but want to make a delicious dessert. All it takes is four ingredients from the market.
Brownie à la Mode
Brownie mix
Vanilla ice cream
Fresh strawberries, washed and sliced
Chocolate syrup
Sprinkle a little sugar on the sliced strawberries, and place in fridge while brownies are baking. This will release the juices from the strawberries.
Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the package and let cool. Cut into squares.
Pick a fancy dish from your cupboard, and place brownie in center. Top brownie with your favorite French vanilla ice cream, add sliced strawberries, and then drizzle lightly with chocolate syrup.
