What Is the Best Way to Reheat Leftover Pizza?

Have you ever had to deal with soggy, leftover pizza? Well finally we have a solution! Marge Perry gives the best way to reheat leftover pizza in the oven or on the stove:

You can’t bring a slice of pizza back to being as good as it was straight from the oven because it has lost moisture on top and is now chewy on the bottom. So, to get as much of both of those characteristics back as possible, here are some suggestions. You’re going to get the best results from a really hot oven or a really hot skillet. So you will have a couple of options.

Heat a baking sheet pan in a hot (450 degree) oven. Once it is sufficiently hot, take it out and then you can line it with foil or coat it with cooking spray if you want.Place the pizza slices on top and then loosely cover them with tinfoil. The hot surface underneath will help re-crisp the crust and the foil tent will help steam (and not further dry out) the toppings.

You can apply the same principle by using a covered skillet.

After a few minutes, the pizza should be nicely re-heated. Enjoy!
