There’s a very easy way to make breakfast that will last you a week and all it takes a bit of time and effort, once a week. This recipe is easy and fun to make, and the best part is that you don’t have to skip breakfast anymore and it frees your time during the week.

Ingredients:
- Hash browns
- Bacon
- Shredded mild cheddar
- Eggs
- Muffin pan
- Cooking spray or butter
- Sandwich bags
- Stove or griddle
Instructions:
Cook bacon on griddle. Grease muffin pan with cooking spray or butter. Place 1 egg in each muffin hole and stir. Add bacon to a griddle. When bacon is done, remove to cool. Add hash browns on griddle over the bacon grease for a more crispy texture and more flavor. Cut bacon into really small pieces and crumble it into smaller pieces. Sprinkle the cooked bacon inside each muffin hole. Add mild cheddar and stir to distribute evenly.
Bake in oven to 375 degrees for about 14 mins. When it’s done cooking, allow to cool and remove with the help of a knife. Save it in sandwich bags and place in the freezer. To reheat, place them in the microwave and voila!—breakfast is ready.
