Hat’s off to the local and national San Diego organizations who held the ‘STOP the War on Children’ rally in Balboa Park on Oct. 21, 2023.

Held near the San Diego Zoo, groups of taxpayers, parents, gay, straight, and various faiths from Carlsbad, Carmel Valley, and other San Diego Areas showed up to rally against the sexualization, medicalization, and exploitation of children—just as you would expect Americans all coming together for kids would be like.

How refreshing to see Americans want to help save our youngest generations.

I agree with the comments from the spokesperson Ben Richards: “It was amazing how many people are here from all walks of life.” He is the founder of SoCal Parent Advocates and a member of Dad’s Army.

Attendees were gay, straight, different colors, with different economic backgrounds and religions.

Horns honked and thumbs went up as dozens paraded past the zoo entrance.

Shame on the motorcyclist waiting for the light to change who said, “Mind your own business,” to parents fighting for their children’s safety as they paraded by the zoo holding signs to protect kids.

The good news is that the rally was well received by hundreds of passers-by.

Thank you for the “energizing event,” according to Samuel of Gays Against Groomers, and made possible by Carlsbad C2O, Carmel Valley and Solana Beach members of Taxpayer’s Oversight for Parents and Children, Mom Army, Mom’s Liberty, Blexit, and more.

Please, get traditional academics IN classrooms and politics OUT.
