Feels Like Reading an Actual Newspaper Again

I bought your paper on a whim, as I’ve been looking for a reliable news source since Fox and WSJ seem dead set to pull a NYT and load their content with opinion pieces and narratives.

I didn’t originally read my first paper, as I was surprised by the density of content in a day when most papers are pretty thin. I did appreciate the actual news and editing style; once I got started it was hard to put down. My spouse is a fairly Leftist person while I’m very Conservative-libertarian, so it surprised me that she actually started reading your paper before I did. Turns out if left to her own thoughts, she’s quite Right of Center, but she has a ton of apparent programming on how she’s supposed to feel. Your lifestyle section is her favorite part, we both enjoy the food and cooking information.

I have great respect for your work; reading The Epoch Times feels like reading an actual newspaper again. In my entirely digital lifestyle, your paper is the only physical thing I read, which my eyes and brain greatly appreciate as well.

I’ve bought my parents a 3-month subscription, and I intend to leave my paper in every office and waiting room I visit after I’m done with it. People need to get actual news that respects them as free-thinking people instead of just a really smart, cold ape with no natural survival skills.

Thank you for all your hard work, now will you please include a comic section so my kids have something to read too? Certainly, there are new comic strip artists out there.

Sincerely, Andrew
