The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to take up the case of an Atlanta family whose home was mistakenly raided by an FBI SWAT team.

The Supreme Court granted the petition in Martin v. United States on Jan. 27 in an unsigned order. No justices dissented. The court did not explain its decision. No oral argument has yet been scheduled.
