Universal Basic Income

There is a large-scale push in the United States for new policies of universal basic income. Some of these are being proposed as solutions to climate change.

The buzz is that Trudeau is planning massive spending increases to be announced in his Sept. 23 throne speech with the support of his new finance minister.
