The bill came in response to controversy surrounding the upside down flag that flew outside of Justice Alito’s Virginia home.

The plaintiffs argue that the congressional map with two majority black districts approved by state lawmakers constitutes ‘a brutal racial gerrymander.’

He warned that such decisions ’may spread and may be a foretaste of things to come.’

Justice Alito refused to recuse himself from a case, dismissing concerns from Democrats who are particularly antagonistic against conservative justices.

Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse has asked Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts to investigate Justice Samuel Alito for alleged ethics violations.
