FDA recall

Consumers who purchased the ice cream variety pack with a best-by date of Oct. 11, 2025, should dispose of the pack and not consume the product, says FDA.

This is the company’s third product recalled for benzene in the past three months.

The company came to an agreement with the FDA to cease sales until the machines’ health hazards can be fully addressed.
