UPDATE: The shooter has been shot and killed by a state trooper, according to a spokeswoman for Virginia State Police. One state trooper is suffering from life-threatening injuries and is being treated in the hospital. Two civilians are being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

A SWAT team is on the scene in Richmond, Va., after a shooter opened fire on state troopers in a Greyhound Bus Station at 2:45 p.m. on March 31.

There are several conflicting reports surrounding the shooting.

According to a press release from the Virginia State Police (VSP), one trooper and two civilians have been transported to VCU Medical Center for treatment—and the gunman is in custody.
