Terrorists of the Islamic State have reportedly kidnapped 300 cement workers outside Syria’s capital city of Damascus—near an area hit with a surprise attack from the terrorist group earlier in the week.

Syrian state TV reported that the group removed the workers from the al-Badia Cement Company, taking them to Dumeir, just about 25 miles northeast of the nation’s capital.

Dumeir has been recently assailed by gunfire, as Syrian fighters wage war on ISIS.

Local news agencies have reported the workers have been missing since Monday and have not spoken with them since.
