A new survey indicates that more than one in five workers are considering leaving their jobs, with women most likely to say that feeling underappreciated is the primary reason they left or are considering leaving their jobs, according to a new mental health survey by Telus Health.
The Telus Mental Health Index, most recently released Aug. 31, asks workers monthly how they are doing with their mental and emotional health. The data was obtained in July and indicated that 20 percent of workers have left a job or are considering leaving their workplace for a better opportunity, while 12 percent are leaving for better benefits.
