The Global Service Center for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party, also known as the “Tuidang movement,” recently received several proclamations from local VIPs on the occasion of “Quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Day” on July 1.
“Chinese people have lived through decades of mind control, brainwashing. and terror under the CCP,” the proclamation states.
The proclamations included congratulatory letters and certificates of commendation by multiple representatives of public opinion and elected officials in the United States. Among the towns and communities were several districts in the town of Brookhaven, New York, the towns of Islip and Riverhead on Long Island, New York, as well as officials from Nassau County, New York.
“We wish them continued success in the year to come” the Islip town board mentioned in their citation on June 27.
The town board of Riverhead cited their continued support for the movement on behalf of the entire community on June 20.
“Quitting the CCP refers to separating oneself from the Communist Party from taking back the oath one has made,” according to Town of Riverhead Supervisor Yvette Aguiar.
The proclamation sent by representatives from Nassau County, New York on June 28, mentions the milestone for citizens of Chinese origin in China and outside the country, and praises the movement for their relentless efforts.
The communities expressed their respect and gratitude while honoring the movement, which has so far led to more than 400 million people quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its associated Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers.
A large number of Chinese citizens belong to or previously belonged to at least one of these organizations.
“In Communist China, from childhood to middle school, high school, and university, a Chinese person may have joined and pledged allegiance to one or more of Chinese communist youth organizations, otherwise one may find oneself at risk of being excluded from the mainstream society. When they do they take this oath, it is not to China, but to the CCP,” the proclamation continues.
The Tuidang movement coordinates the global initiative to help Chinese people quit the CCP. First established in 2004, it helps educate people around the world as to the evil nature of Communism.
The movement followed the publication of the “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party,” setting off a global wave of quitting the CCP.
