A nurse in Nashville was charged with reckless homicide in the death of a 76-year-old patient.

Nurse Radonda Vaught, 35, was among the Vanderbilt University Medical Center team caring for Charlene Murphey. Investigators found that Vaught was responsible for the death, News Channel 5 reported.
