A toddler who went missing on April 1 has been located and is safe with law enforcement officials.
The sheriff’s department described Fresh as a “19-month-old white male, 2 feet 8 inches tall, 29 pounds, blond hair with blue eyes.”
Officials had believed he was in the company of Jaxx Damian Falconberry, 28, who had previously been seen driving a black 2004 Chevy Impala 4-door with the Indiana number plat ALV239.
Falconberry was described as a “white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 185 pounds, brown hair with hazel eyes.”
Fresh went missing on April 1 at 8 p.m. in Madison, Indiana, which is 92 miles southeast of Indianapolis.
The sheriff’s department believed he was in “extreme danger and may require medical assistance,” so a silver alert was issued across the state. However, after Fresh was located the silver alert was quickly canceled.
WDRB journalist Sterling Riggs posted an update on his Facebook page confirming the search was already over.
Several concerned citizens commented on the post to express their relief after hearing the good news.
“Thank God,” Glenda Alexander Roberts said.
“Thank you sweet Jesus,” Kearon Powell said.
“Praising God and continuing in prayers,” Pam Sickles said.
“Thank you for posting this! I live here in Madison, Indiana, and just saw this and wondered why no automatic alert came through my phone,” Amber Vince said. “So glad the child was found.”
