Riley, a student at Augusta University College of Nursing, was killed on Feb. 22 while jogging near the University of Georgia campus in Athens.

‘Much of those funds were coming from or going to darknet drug markets,’ the U.S. Department of Justice said.

Prosecutors said it was one of the largest-ever thefts from a virtual currency exchange in history.

The appeal comes after the high court made it harder to enhance prison terms for a crime of violence.
