Unless you happen to live under a rock on a distant planet, you’re no doubt familiar with China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), an infrastructure development strategy introduced in 2013. Fast forward to 2022, and 146 of the 195 countries in the world have signed up for the risky initiative.
