Michael Jordan, the former Chicago Bulls superstar, six-time NBA champion, and owner of the Charlotte Bobcats, appeared at a courthouse in Palm Beach County on Thursday morning to apply for a marriage license, reported The Associated Press, citing clerk office spokeswoman Kathy Burstein.

A marriage license applicant has to apply for the license in person. The identity of the woman he is seeking to web was not identified in the news agency’s report.

But celebrity news website TMZ reported that Jordan was spotted alongside Yvette Prieto, his longtime girlfriend, at the counter of the courthouse. They also filled out the paperwork together.
