International superstar Céline Dion is well-versed in the art of delivering a passionate performance. The art of staying at her peak after nearly four decades as a singer has a lot to do with her diet and fitness program, into which we are privy herein.
The world-renowned French-Canadian singer has a regime that she relies upon to keep her looking and feeling strong and beautiful. But while Céline has long battled disapproval from her critics about her weight, according to the singer herself, she has “never felt as beautiful and as strong” as she does at 51.
How, then, does the legendary performer take care of herself? We shall see.
Breakfast
“I have to have my coffee every morning,” Céline told The Hollywood Reporter, “regular—no espresso, cappuccino, latte ... no—and a croissant.”Lunch
Céline loves deli food. She and her late husband, Réné Angélil, loved it so much, in fact, that they became co-owners of Schwartz’s, a popular Jewish deli in Montreal, Canada, after being customers for over 20 years.“What’s better than a late night hot dog in New York dressed in Versace? Priceless!”
Dinner
“People think I’m starving myself, that I don’t eat, that I exercise all the time. It’s not true,” Céline explained to Rachael Ray back in 2009, in the wake of a wave of criticism about her slender physique. “My father, my brothers and sisters, they were all very thin,” she said.It is perhaps a little-known fact that Céline loves to cook. Angélil was of Syrian and Lebanese descent; when combined with Céline’s French-Canadian heritage, the singer’s home-cooking repertoire could certainly be termed extensive.
“Cooking is an art, and it’s performing as well,” Céline said, waxing lyrical with Ray about food.

Fitness
While Céline claims to be blessed with good genes, as a mother of three, the beloved songstress’s home life keeps her on her toes. Céline has also become increasingly vocal about another passion, and it’s one that keeps her limber and trim: ballet.“We stretch and we do the barre, we kind of improvise,” Céline continued. “I do this four times a week. I’m working hard, but I like to move.”
Fashion
Described as a “high-fashion muse” by Harper’s Bazaar, Céline has become a regular guest at Fashion Weeks in capital cities around the globe in recent years. She even became the face of L'Oréal Paris in 2019.
“To be honest with you, I think I’m at the best of my life right now,” Céline revealed, adding that she simply wants to enjoy every moment. The 51-year-old powerhouse performer, mom, and fashion icon continues to inspire a formidable fan base around the world.
